In-house tool making
With our own tool shop and a specially developed tool system for folding tools, we are able to respond extremely quickly to different customer requirements. On two CNC-controlled lathes, one grinding machine and two milling machines, we make stamping, bending and forming tools for our own needs. We also build our slot wedge and slot liner machines ourselves with a specially developed control system.

Technical drawings
On customer request our developers create technical drawings of insulation parts, which are documented in our in-house CAD department after the insulation, geometries and tolerances have been fitted.
Customer-specific solutions
Individual fitting of the insulation to your core
Both individual slot liners for specific cores and rotor and stator insulation are easily possible. Our know-how lies in folding, forming and bending the insulation material so that the insulation sits like a second skin in the slot. Our aim is to be able to realise all geometries, angles and shapes. We can print your slot geometry precisely in 3D, saving valuable time and delivering perfectly fitting components. Realising the projects and the tools required for them takes just a few weeks. With the highest quality and fast, uncomplicated service, we impress numerous customers time and again.
Even for special or custom motors, which are often produced in small quantities, we have the right solutions. H&H offers tailored solutions and supplies you with prototypes from a batch size of 1. Rely on our expertise and flexibility to optimally meet your small-series requirements.
Slitting service
Thanks to our in-house engineering competence, we are able to realise the most varied requirements in the field of roll slitting. On our slitting lines we convert materials from 23 µm to 1,000 µm from 4 mm strip width. We thus guarantee tight tolerances and optimal winding tension for your application.
We refine films, papers and laminates roll to roll for the most varied applications and industries, always with the goal of ensuring the highest delivery performance. That is why we continue to invest specifically in a state-of-the-art machine park and, of course, in motivated employees.
