About Hauler & Hermann
Hauler & Hermann GmbH in Filderstadt has been a mid-sized specialist in the district of Esslingen, Baden-Württemberg, since 1961 and a competent partner for insulation material and parts in the electrical industry. As a family-run business in its third generation we combine decades of experience with modern production technology.
Our certification to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 ensures consistently high quality and responsible action. Our production programme covers insulation parts, electrical insulation materials, slot wedges, slot liners, phase separators and stamped, bent and formed parts.
Our in-house tool shop with CNC turning, milling and grinding machines and a proprietary folding tool system make us independent and fast: new projects including tooling are implemented within a few weeks, and prototypes are available from a quantity of 1. As an exhibitor at the Coiltech shows in Augsburg, Pordenone and Novi/Detroit we are in direct exchange with the international coil winding industry.

Change in management
Partial handover of management to the third generation: Gabriele Wille leaves the management at the beginning of the year and hands her position to Yannick Wille.

Company foundation
As neighbours at the time, Herbert Hauler and Alois Hermann founded the company in 1961. In true Bill Gates fashion, the two founders began their groundbreaking ideas not in a glossy office but in the modest surroundings of a garage. From stamped and insulation parts to slitting tapes, they started their production and have written an impressive company history to this day.

Our declared aim is to secure the self-imposed high quality standard of our precision insulation parts, to continuously expand our solutions and products, and to always keep aspects of sustainability and environmental protection in mind. The goal is always to design processes as efficiently and therefore cost-effectively as possible. A resource-saving production with correspondingly sparing use of material and very low energy consumption is firmly anchored in the company's key figures.
Our credo is the commitment to make a significant contribution to energy-efficient and sustainable economic development. That is why the modern company is certified in two respects, in quality management as well as in environmental management.
Family alliance with GOBA
Hauler & Hermann is part of a family alliance with GOBA Gotthardt Isolierteile GmbH in Baltmannsweiler. Both companies are legally independent but work as partners in the same industry: GOBA focuses on insulation materials and converting, Hauler & Hermann on stamped parts, custom parts and its own tool making. For customers this means combined expertise from two specialised companies.
