To strengthen our team in Filderstadt, we are looking for a
Administrative Clerk (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time
Your main responsibilities:
Independent management of a defined client base
End-to-end order processing: from quote generation and order entry to delivery and invoicing
Point of contact for customer inquiries, as well as close coordination with internal departments
Support and assistance primarily in internal sales, but also in purchasing administration and quality-related matters
Maintenance of product, customer, and master data in our ERP system
Coordination between customers, suppliers, and external service partners
You bring the following:
Completed business training
Several years of professional experience in a business-related field, preferably at a manufacturing company
Experience in order processing and, ideally, in sales, purchasing, and shipping processes
A structured, independent, and conscientious approach to work
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor on the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work well with others, flexibility, and a passion for diverse responsibilities
